Thanks to all the radio DJs who helped us with a stellar debut in August on the Folk Alliance International (FAI) Charts!
“A great song makes you feel something. And then, often, it makes you think and reflect. Andrew and Erin Heist do both with “Break and Mend”. Their voices blend seamlessly together in this gorgeous song. Close your eyes and become immersed in this music, the stories and the imagery. Let the sweeping chorus take you on a journey.”
— Karen Rakos, World/Folk Music Director KEULOriginal folk music with an Alaskan bite
With a deep love for all American traditional music, The Heists bring bluegrass drive, country emotion, and old time groove to their original Alaskan folk music.
The Heists | “Seasons Turn” | Sometimes songs feel like messages from your unknown self. Erin quit her job to start her own business and play more music two months after writing "Seasons Turn".
